The reason this system is so unique and extremely popular with the food service industry is because of its advanced capabilities. Corporate Walmart now has the capability to keep track of the entire inventory of used cooking oil in every store across the country. The system also alerts the store managers of the exact amount of used cooking oil that will be collected by the service company for recycling use. More advanced features of the system include overflow prevention, theft prevention, and the ability to automatically dispatch the service providers when the oil is ready for pick up.
