MEMFlo Flow Transmitter (MFT™) Calibration In Our Factory
This photo is from a batch of explosion proof MEMFlo Transmitters (MFT™) that are currently being calibrated in our factory. FLO-CORP calibrates each product before it goes out the door using application data provided with the order. Factory calibration is designed to provide our customers with simple onsite installations.
About the MEMFlo Transmitter
The MFT™ Two-Wire Flow Transmitter accurately calculates and digitally displays both flow rate and total accumulated flow. Compatible with any MEMFlo™ meter, MFT combines FLO-CORP’s time-proven variable area technology with a hightech processor and solid state circuitry. Each device includes an analog output that can be configured for 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, or 4-20 mA current loop.
Typical applications include pump flow output, compressed air consumption, cooling flow
monitoring, steam flow usage/optimization and combustion gas metering.
The MFT comes pre-calibrated from the factory. However, the unit may be adjusted by the user to meet specific system requirements.
